CONTRACTUAL DAYS: 190

 

REPORTS TO: Principal

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• This position is part-time and requires 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists the secretary in filing and processing assigned tasks.

• Performs the daily office routine and practices for the school.

• Processes mail.

• Receives and routes all incoming calls.

• Updates attendance utilizing the current student database system.

• Greets visitors and arranges appointments.

• Maintains the same high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information as expected of all staff.

• Attends all staff meetings as required.

• Discharges all responsibilities and fulfills all obligations as specified in the contract, policies, and guidelines of the Floyd County School Board.

• Performs all other duties as assigned by the secretary, the principal or the superintendent.
